Courtney Ragonesi
Founder, The Illustrious Group

Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs, at age 17 Courtney was already coordinating acting workshops for native Philadelphia celebrities such as Jon Hensley (“As The World Turns”) and Gil Brenton. Now with over 15 years experience in event coordination, artistic design, and cable and TV production behind her, Courtney finds producing high-quality seminars for high-quality speakers a perfect fit for her passions and abilities.

Courtney’s experience ranges from training video producer to behind the scenes work at the multi-million dollar QVC Network. She has scouted out script writers, reworked and shopped independent film scripts, and organized everything from costume and props to music and behind-the-scenes personnel for productions. She prides herself on personalized service, overseeing the smallest of details.

An avid practitioner of Aikido (considered to be the most ethical of martial arts training with an emphasis on controlling the motion and dynamics of movement),
Courtney uses her training to bring focus and results to her projects. She is prepared to harness the powerful, dynamic energy of audiences across the globe for TIG’s speakers.

Courtney is the founder of the Waldorf Foundation for Higher Intelligence and is an active member of Toastmasters’ International. Courtney and her husband live in Harleysville, Pennsylvania with three cats: (Merlin, Arthur, and Guinavere) and one sadly outnumbered dog (Lilo).
