1. Know your content.  Love every word of it.
   
2. Visualize a full house audience.
   
3. Make eye contact with your participants.
   
4. Write loving self affirmations and repeat them aloud in front of a mirror.
   
5. Have a sense of humor and fun about yourself.
   
6. Make sure your opening and closing dialogues are strong.
